This product is wonderful. I suffer from very bad acid reflux and it really helps. I take a tablet when needed and find it starts working almost immediately. I may need to take another the next day too, but usually the reflux improves and I am ok for a while after that. Certain foods trigger acid reflux and it is best to avoid them if you can, but it is not always possible!
