Good for herbs but not for chopping other things.
Only 3 stars for what I wanted it for. I bought a double bladed Chopping Kitchen Knife to chop cold potatoes and kale for making bubble & squeak. Unfortunately all it did was to get totally clogged up in the cutters, so my husband cut a blade off and filed the rough edges and now it works a treat but obviously I use a bigger board. I didn't realize you can buy ones with bigger blades, or I would have gone for that - and not for single bladed one. Good for herbs, but not for much else.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
