Does exactly what it says on the box!
Being new to induction hobs, there is a lot of choice out there and they are good, bad and indifferent, as we found with our first purchase of 'recommended ' saucepans. Which have been a disssapointmnet. We purchased the Judge almost out of frustration. But it has restored our faith in induction hob abilities. Well worth the money. Quality and long life

A fantastic pan!
This is the second pan that I have owned and can recommend it in terms of quality and usefulness. My first one withstood everyday use for close to a decade - the base eventually separated from the pan but that was my fault - I should never have added cold water to clean the pan when the pan was still hot!
