Keeping it cool!
This model is identical to the fan I had to replace after 12 years of service. I found it relatively easy to fit, and the small plug has three small holes matching three pins in the motherboard. No problem plugging it into the motherboard. Currently its spinning about 1,200 r.p.m. and the internal temperature of the core of my CPU is less than 25 degrees..

Not great fan
It takes 15 mins to run above 600 rpm & it does not run much fast than 700rpm - It is clearly an old part and not that effective - Will have to buy another
