Having use filler for nearly 40 years I can happily recommend this product. It is easy to apply to on unwanted gaps in a model kit and easy to smooth by application of a damp cotton-bud. It is particularly useful for gaps between an aircraft canopy and fuselage, as no sanding is required.

It's not too bad for filling very small gaps. However it doesn't quite have the same consistency as milliput or humbrol model filler. It actually dries into a sort of flexible mush, which wouldn't be too bad but then it also dries with some bubbles in it, which I haven't been able to avoid however carefully I apply it. And as far as I can tell you can't sand it. It's not rigid enough to sand. It has to be cut off. Even then it will tear more than be cut off. It usually goes like this: You apply it in a thin layer between two parts that need a seamless bond. You marry them together, clamp and hold on, maybe apply some thin glue on the outside, then it dries, you either try to sand off or cut off the excess and as it comes off it will tear some bits out of the gap or you'll note that it dried with some air where you wanted to eliminate the gap. Even when it works well it still shows a sort of concave little gap. It sounds like I have a downer on it, but it dries quite quickly and you can use it with a lot less mess than any other form of putty. If you don't want a show winner quality seamless surface this will help you through your project a lot quicker. And the result definitely looks better than not using it at all. All in all I'd say it's still worth the price but has its limits.Read full review

Does the Job nicely for those Pencil Line cracks-like at (sometimes) Model Aircraft Wing Roots-adjoinig the Fusilage, etc. Or small Holes wher you have put some alternative piece for a different Mark of Aircraft. Thus got the Vallejo Plastic Putty for those fine Jobs-which it does well!
