very poor quality
Broke down after 6 months and had engineers out 4 times and still the item never worked ,they took insurance payments every moth although it was brand new. So we should have had 2 companies looking out for us but both ran for the hills and took no responsibility for the machine. I have since bought a new one. never ,never deal with these people again. Simple to use. Very quiet, easy to clean fliter, dries fast. White Knight dryers are the BEST! Tried others, don't like, so came back to these. Clothes do not tangle up, or go into ball like in some, thanks to the reverse action. All I will say is I would have put a black line on the timer knob so you know which way it's pointing. Just a good tumble dryer.
We have had the expensive tumbles before and found that they do not last very long, so decided to get a cheap basic tumble. I didn't really NEED a new tumble drier, but decided I wanted one that had reverse action, to save things rolling into a ball as my current one had.
