Light, usable features and good value
Pros: Light, easy to use and quite loud for such a small unit. From a parental point of view don't know if that will be an issue as there is a headphones socket. Cons: Control knobs are really not designed for sticky fingers; young beginners are not renowned for their clean hands. So far I have removed jam, peanut butter and something indescribable from said knobs. So a little more "grip" might help some. Overall a good investment, nice overdrive to give crunch and clean sound is OK. Tone cannot be compared to a decent amp with a bigger speaker, but for beginner use it will keep them away from my good gear.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

good starter/bedroom amp, but you get what you pay for.
the amp itself is very compact and has simple to use buttons and not a bad looking amp,however if you take the volume past halfway it crackles too much meaning you need to go back to half vol,this isn't too big an issue as its for my son in his bedroom but being a guitarist myself I know my amps and this stops you getting the full sound you should get,the gain button is a bonus and the cd/aux input are both good features.overall good starter bedroom amp where neighbours wont complain.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
