Good flow characteristics.

Excellent stuff!
Was not aware that different brands/types of solder paste could work so differently to each other. The paste I was using previously was OK and did the job. Great Solder Wire Alloy.
Melts and activates at a very low temp. So its not really good for medium to high temp solder wire alloys. Having said this, it works well with lead free solder wire. Very clean and bright solder joints are acheived. You might need more of it than usual since the paste evaporates very quickly. Good for PCB and plumbing work.
