The product it great. Keeps my wife loverly and warm. Might be worth adding to the description that although the burner does require replacement the burner has more than one use. We are still using the one that came with the device and have used it 5 times thus far :)

Perhaps i did something wrong, Zippo make good lighters so i thought this would be good too. The hand warmer is very well made. It took a bit of time to warm up and then gave out a reasonable amount of heat. Worked ok about 3 times. Then i found the catylist had burnt away somewhat, and after that it didnt heat up anymore. Perhaps i used the wrong fuel or something. I worked about 3 times for a £5 tin of lighter fuel. Think its a good idea though. Perhaps i didnt get it right somhow

The product stayed warm for way less than 12 hours but I suspect this is because it was very cold when I used it. It probably lsdts longer in warmer weather but I don't need one in warm weather. For the time it lasted, however, it worked well. It should really say it lasts for UP TO 12 hours rather than IT DOES last for 12 hours.
