Not sure the *NEW* (UP) refers to but the rest seems fine.
Excellent. The only comment I would make about model itself is that it is a shame that the Westinghouse brake pump is part part of the boiler molding rather than being a separate item. I can remember this engine as a boy and in it's final year, being one of the last two left, it was always kept clean - just like the model. The packaging is very difficult to undo and I know I'm not the only one who had trouble getting their one of these, open. At one point I almost sent it back because it seemed impossible to remove the out sleeve without destroying it. Eventually I managed to remove it. I have tried putting the sleeve back on as I prefer to keep the model in it's box but it seemed very difficult to do that without damaging it so I've left it off.
