I cycle purely for fun and fitness. I read an article on why your tyres go flat when left to stand. Apparently rubber inner tubes allow air to escape through the rubber molecules as air molecules are smaller. Fitting tubes with anti puncture fluid in them alleviate this as the liquid is not porous . So regardless of whether the tube can or can't seal a proper puncture I believe it still serves a purpose. I have tubes that contain the fluid and do not lose air over time and tubes without that do so it definitely works but you must decide yourself based on extra weight ,need,etcVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
