Good value - and easy to store
I've been thinking about buying one of these for a long time, I've bought a few exercise 'gimmicks' over the years that were both boring to use and never really did what they said they would. This one is handy to use while watching tv, feeding the dogs etc - and easy to store. It also has reflexology points. As most exercise intruct you to stand 'feet shoulder width apart' this must be a good thing.
