I would recommend this product especially if you are considering have a toe nail removed - don't.
After having a toe nail removed my skin wasn't healing well. Since taking Lindens Silica capsules my toe is healing much,much better. My nails overall look stronger and healthier and my 'hair' is like silk. I would recommend this product, especially if you are considering have a toe nail removed - don't. Love, love all other Lindens products but not this one😞

Hair that never grew past a certain length
