A bit on the high end but you get what you pay for. After all its not sold at Wal-Mart. I'm a firm believer in Onkyo and the high end audio / video THX certification is a added bonus, this baby with rock your house at multi-levels and your neighbors will be knocking on your door before you know it with some good high end speakers to go with. Make you summer night a movie night in the back yard and invite all your friends because tonight's the night you make history and others just jealous.
It is a great receiver, has the demon avrx6200w and got this, I thought the demon was low power but about the same.T he picture is a lot clearer through the onkyo though, I have had a couple of denons and onkyo’s , and onkyo always has a clearer picture
