A little difficult to swallow.
The product is a little fishy smelling and tasting as compared to something like Mega Red Krill oil but not all that bad. The biggest issue for me is the gel cap is a little rough on the outside which makes it a little hard to swallow. I take my supplements after I eat breakfast and wash them down with Almond milk.
