Highly recommend to those with failing eyesight
About 10 years ago I had an eyesight test, result was I needed reading glasses, the following year I needed slightly stronger lenses and the year after that slightly stronger lenses still... I was recommended Lutein by a friend, I started taking them every day, the following eyesight test and I didn't need stronger lenses, nor have I needed any stronger lenses since. For first two years I took one a day there after I upped it to two a day, just had my latest eyesight test and yet again not needed any increase in lense strength.
