Flat iron for bacon
This does the job of holding meat flat down on a griddle plate very well. The folding handle means taking up less space in the drawer, and my concern that the wire handle may become too hot to touch was unfounded. Price (under a tener) was great compared to the competition. Need to spend time caring for the cast iron as instructed, but small price to pay for a quality product.
