It's lightweight and easy to use. I'mm 77 years old and can handle it very easily. Both the vac and blow are strong and it's amazing how so much can be compacted into the bag. Simple to empty just make sure you pull the zip up properly. A bit cumbersome but suprisingly can get into very small spaces, if you can't vac, blow and the area will be clean in no time. At the moment I have three gardens to keep tidy all with different layouts and have no difficulty at all.

The length of the power lead makes it difficult to use. It's ridiculously short. It vacuums OK and blows OK but in addition to carrying the leaf bag, I have to carry my cable extension reel as well. It's not a light load. Nil points for design, 6/10 overall.

This was bought after I had used a different model, borrowed from a friend. The good points are an easy to use waste bag, light weight, comfortable operating position and easy on-off switch control. I found the suction was not quite as effective as the model I borrowed - possibly this was because the power of the motor was a little less - and the suction level was not variable but it did deal with dry and damp leaves effectively. The mains cord is laughably short, necessitating an extension cable. There is some virtue in this as it simplifies storage with no long cable to get tangled. Overall, the kit works satisfactorily with no really serious downside. It's probably not the most effective piece of kit on the market but it is relatively inexpensive and because of that, quite good value.Read full review

Generally, it seems to be a well made product and good value for money but only time will tell. The only downside is that, if anything, it has too much power in that when sucking up leaves or grass cuttings from round the edges of a lawn it tends to pick up any loose soil as well. When I first got it, I looked at the collecting bag and saw that it didn't detach from the main body for emptying (my previous vac was a Flymo where the bag was detachable). This, I thought, would be a downside but I found that by laying the vac across the green bin and then unzipping the bag, the job was quite easy.

Yes it is a bit fiddly to put the parts together but well worth it in the end. It has done exactly what I needed it to do and with a long extension lead it covers all of my 25 x 20 foot garden. I have a gravel driveway and path and it does pick up the leaves from that well - you have to hold it about 2 inches above the leaves so it doesn't suck up the small stones, but it seems to throw any stones it does pick up straight back out. I have a lot of trees surrounding the garden so loads of fallen leaves to dispose of. Obviously it works better if ithasn't rained for a few days and the leaves are dry. It is fairly light for me to use (woman in her 50s) but obviously gets heavier as the bag fills up. It is very easy to empty because the zip is around the corner of the collecting bag. I suggest switching it off to give the motor a rest every 5 minutes or so. Not sure it would survive being on continously for a long period of time Overall I am really pleased with it, I think it is great value for moneyRead full review
