Suite was easy to install and looks good - no issues with the surround. The glow feature on the fire(Adam Helios) works well, but to actually get heat out, the fan has to be turned on too and it is so loud. Don't think this is a fault as have found other reviewers with the same comment. I think we will end up having to replace the actual electric fire with a quieter model.

We are very pleased with the fireplace and fire. Although advertised as refurbished there was hardly anything wrong with it at all. Just a few slight paint chips to the edge of a side piece. At more than half the price of a perfect one, it was a great buy.
