I did enjoy the book, but with a few reservations. The first hand accounts are very readable, but for me not massively easy to relate to as there was a focus on people who have overcome really extraordinary challenges to get to the start, and /or already established athletes. There was also a disappointingly small proportion of female voices. Even so, it was great to hear their stories, and the book is in a good cause.
