This product is designed for use while you sleep only. It causes severe vision blurring, so you put it on as you go to bed for a few hours sleep. If you get up / wake soon after going to bed you will find your vision is still blurry , so I wouldn't recommend this for people demand feeding a baby. 😊💗

The ointment itself works very well, and as somebody who has suffered dry eye problems for many years I feel I can reccomend it to other sufferers. The only problem is the same one as exhibited by all the eye treatment products I've come across - the nozzle. No matter how one tries it is not possible to apply the tube contents to the eyes direct from the container and avoid contact. I wash my hands, apply the required ammount to my finger then to my eye. Works well.

Definitely stopped itching the first few nights but I found it difficult to use it as per the instructions. It is very small tube and when I tried to apply a thin line to the inside of eyelid the ointment just bunched up and I had to try rubbing it in with my fingers and got most of it outside my eyes. If you can master that it is good.
