These moss balls look good
I wanted to lower the nitrates in my 50 gallon aquarium tank and hadn't had much success with aquarium plants in the past, so thought I'd take a chance with these. I'm glad I did. They don't need to grow roots to survive and I liked the idea of them taking what they need directly from the aquarium water. They don't tend to stay where they are put (but I guess that would depend on the flow in your tank) however they seem quite happy to 'go with the flow' - and I'm fine with that, as its a very gradual movementVerified purchase: Yes

Fish started to eat them and pull them apart. Giving fish enlarged stomach and large motions... this all within 5 days or. Fish now back to normal
