Light, good speed, but massively noisy
Just started to use out of the box today, but realised that the cover was broken and it must have been packed like this because the missing piece wasnt available and it was scratched. Instructions for fitting really poor. There is a grey thing which isnt even on the diagram and has no instruction The bowl is good but goes round with the whisk. Motor very fast. Perfect for the smaller kitchen
I have a Kenwood Chef but it's so big and heavy that I use it less and less. I bought this as I only bake when in the mood these days therefore ideal for a quick sponge mix etc. It doesn't take up much space and a big plus is that you can undo from the stand and use as a hand mixer too. Very happy. Great that it has a stand and you can use it as a hand held. Interesting action when used as stand mix. The whisks are off set and the bowl revolves. Good for adding ingredients as it’s going. I was cooking for a show at the inaugural use! 5 Firsts! I haven’t used dough hooks yet. All in all fantastic value for money.
