Not discreet, but very nice.
Not discreet, but very good longer distance mobile antenna. SWR under 1.5:1 is achievable across 10m/ 11m and most of 12m without retuning, with good g/p, like my Renault Kangoo. On a par with the Modulator, for sure. Most more expensive options don't compare for frequency coverage. A large mag (7 inch or triple mag) is best if not wishing to drill holes in your car bodywork, but that's no more expensive than others. Also, a very good home base option atop your fave 3/8th mounting ground plane - home brew special. Very acceptable for CB bands on a shoestring budget.

Good antenna poorly packaged
Excellent antenna. Was packaged by a 5 year old i think. The whip is just under 2 metres and was coiled up into a piece of cardboard which was only 33cm x 55cm. Totally unacceptable way to courier an antenna. Whatever happened to using cardboard tubes. As a result the whip now has a kink in it. Not what i would expect from a brand new antenna. So yes it is a good antenna but do not buy from here if this is the way they are going to package them.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The modulator vs stingers buy the modulaors far better range is better for the receving end just a far better arial by far, only gripe ive got is one wip was bent on delivery a tube would be a lot better less tape so it wpuld even it self out on a wee bit on the postage but overall grate arials
