Very hard pencil.
Very hard pencil, literally. It makes application on bare skin no so good. A softer crayon would have been better. I'm hoping the product won't run out quickly like some do. I probably won't buy these again (I got a 2 pack). I mostly use ELF because it is softer. I have one eye brow with no hair for anything to stick too.
