Couldn't recommend
Sorry, couldn't recommend it. It may have the correct nutrients, but they smell awful and my dog won't touch them. They are hard, I've tried chopping them up into tiny pieces and hiding it in dog food, but my dog can still smell it and won't touch the food if the vetri cardio is in it ( and it's very difficult to cut up ). If you have a finicky dog, I'd suggest to try to find something in a liquid or pill form. Overall, pretty pricey for something I'll wind up throwing out.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Helping my mini-Schnauzer with CHF
I like this product and it seems to be working for my mini-Schnauzer's congestive heart failure. I am on our second bag. The only thing I will say is he won't eat them out of the bag as per the directions. I have to cut them up and put them in his food. Then he doesn't mind. Maybe because they are a bit hard. Maybe the taste isn't great -- I really don't know. I DO know the ingredients are those recommended on holistic sites for a natural solution to canine CHF. AND he is doing quite well with these plus some other natural products and a high quality holistic dog food.
