Great value bench
This bench seems to do everything that I needed to do. Sit up, incline, flat etc and has the benefit of folding up as I have a lack of storage in my gym area. Great price, great value. The only negative for this bench is that it feels a little unstable and wobbly, but with this knowledge, you can adapt easily. Extremely Hazardous Product !
Do not buy this product if you care about your health or even life. The nut under the seat that is used to elevate and lock it, has a very poor welding, at least this was my case. It broke under me during my exercise, with dumbbells above my head. In the short descent, the impact almost caused me spinal damage, and I lost balance with the dumbbells ABOVE my head. I dropped one very close to me and my head. Directly on head could had been fatal. Who ever has experience with gym and weights in general, knows what I'm talking about.
