Total garbage!
There are no pros with this product, only cons - big cons! The parts are frail and flimsy at very best. They do not fit, the screws are too small and some are missing. The plastic top does not fit, and when the wind comes it blows the plastic top off the screwed hinges. The top does, however, float well on the wind thermals! My Cold Frame did not survive the Christmas weather and it is in broken and shattered bits. It took only a few weeks to fall apart as it was not nearly strong enough for the wind and rain. If you want to waste £50.00, just set it alight! However you decide to blow your money avoid this product as it is one of the worst I have ever come across. Very Flimsy and parts do not fit.
This arrived and on removing it from the box it was very light weight and flimsy. The parts did not fit properly and there was large gaps on the doors and at most joints. The instructions were vague and not very clear. Several screws were missing and the ones provided were flimsy and not very good. Useful growhouse
An excellent little growhouse for seed trays, overwintering plants, etc. and will hold a good number of either. It's easy to put together (which is good because the instructions are definitely not the most helpful) and I added metal corner braces which has made it sturdy but light enough to move about if you need to. Will do a job but the quality is poor and will need reinforcement of some description. Instructions are rubbish and everything needs a bit adjustment to get gaps right. For the price it’s definitely poor value. Handy size for where I want to put it between raised beds but that’s all I can say good about it. Great for Gardner’s
This is a brilliant cold frame. I painted it before putting it together and stapled some black plastic to the bottom for extra protection.
