This looks and feels a well made product. Unfortunately it what you can't see is the problem, they are the 2 screws which fix the wires into the back of the push button, they are small short self tapping type screws, as soon as you try and tighten to fix the wires they just keep turning leaving the wires loose. i had been promised a replacement on 2 occasions, I'm still waiting! swd31

Securing wires to terminals a nightmare - v difficult to wire up securely, there are better designs for less but unfortunately they were all flush mounts. The bell push also worked intermittently as it is such a flimsy contact mechanism - ended up buying a second from another - reluctantly.
