The integrated pad is also thick & absorbent so you feel confident that nothings going to leak. The lining always feels soft & dry, even after wearing all day. Whenever Im wearing them now, I feel happy knowing that if I leak or have an accident while getting to the toilet, it will be dealt with discreetly . As a Diabetic I was always worrying & constantly on edge about where the nearest toilet was or if I got to the toilet but there was a queue.
