Book is a good introduction to someone new to this style (me) and interesting to more experienced stitchers. I would have liked clearer instructions for the individual stitches as I still had to google some of them. But on the whole - great.

Lovely book, great designs
It is really a beautifully made book but for a beginner the explanations for the different stitches aren’t so straight forward nor detailed. I had to look it up somewhere else.

A fab and interesting techniques book
The book has an appealing neat size, so that it is not over whelming for the beginner, but still a modern, contemporary twist, challenging for an intermediate sewer/embroiderer. Good, clear instructions that use equipment that are readily available. I am using the instructions to embroider the bird design on a cotton skirt.
