Love these headphones. This is my first set of noise cancelling headphones and I don't know what I was doing before. Easy to use, they connect every time and they're comfortable. They are on-ear, not over-ear, so yes you can feel them on your ears by the end of the day but that's to be expected with all phones of this type, and I can wear them for hours without issue.
