I would definitely buy it again!
Wow! What a deal. :) The guitar is fun and sounds great! Playing it on my Fender Concert Amp it gives me all the classic Stratocaster SSS sounds and tones. I did need to adjust the bridge a bit, bringing the saddles back to lengthen the string to improve the intonation. It is holding its tone well. I haven't really tested the tremolo but so far the bridge seems to be holding just fine. I am thinking about replacing the bridge and tuning knobs but that is more because I want to tinker, not because they are showing any issues. I love the 50s style colour too! A beauty for $99 USD. Oh - the packaging seemed a little light. I would not be surprised if some might be damaged in transit. My box was a bit ragged when it arrived but fortunately there was no damage. The gig bag does have a strong smell but I wasn't going to keep/use it anyways. Enjoy! :)

Great Guitar for the Price!
When thinking of a $100 guitar most people think of a children’s toy and not a guitar of the quality that this one has. I’m impressed with the satin finish on the neck and the beautiful smooth paint job. It’s comparable and in some cases better than a $500 guitar. The gig bag it comes with is surprisingly well padded. It’s actually more padded that the $80 bag I purchased because it looks nicer. I will say the guitar isn’t perfect and has a hard time holding tune but for the price you could make a few upgrades such as changing the tuners, swapping a few electronics and upgrading the tremolo system and this guitar will be perfect. I can’t believe how good thing guitar sounds. Sounds better than my squier. I just want to play it all the time. Beautiful rare color. That color is one of the reasons I got it. Great padded gig bag too. I also bought the all white Cali classic strat, just to have another one since I know how well it plays. Can’t wait to get that one too!

Best value out there!
This Grote semi-hollow body 335 style is probably the best new guitar purchase i have ever made. I am extremely well satisfied because for the money it is as good as any guitar i ever owned, and i have owned literally over 400 in my life including Gretsch White falcons, Martin d-28's, Gibson LP's and so many more . No this guitar is not as good as those, but for the price it is a great deal. Better than any Epiphone at any price IMO. Great set-up, action and sound quality. Great Guitar at Price point
