Even an idiot can!
This book was bought because all new I pads, 'phones, Kindles etc. do not have instruction manuals with them when purchased and believe it or not', everybody is not a natural expert! We might well be 'silver surfers' but to go from a laptop to an I pad we need help and this book gives it in bucket loads. The author treats you like an absolute beginner but is never condescending, long or unusual words are explained and not assumed to be understood and even after you get up and running it is great to have it at your side in emergencies. All in all if you don't have an extremely patient and willing teenager to guide you then get this book and start to enjoy the wonders of the I pad!
