Nice until it breakss
The carafe cracked after 4 weeks of use. Customer support at bonavita is ridiculous. I want to replace the carafe and I keep getting a link to open tip as the only retailer that stocks these.They offer a 5 cup carafe not a 8 cup that I need. I bought this brewer after i finally had enough of mediocre coffe from Mr. Coffee makers. This machine heats the water to the correct temperature. It is the least expensive drip maker you will find that delivers superior results. High quality, but no frills. It uses a glass carafe and a warming plate instead of an insulated carafe.
