  • Compact equalizer

I found the product easy to use and was able to quickly enhance the sound of my music. It needs rubber feet to stop it from sliding around, but stick-ons are cheap from the hardware store. I don't use the FBQ. It would be better with a LED bar display for each band, but for this price, I can't complain, it does what it is supposed to do.

  • Behringer Graphic EQ is worth every penny. Amazing frequency separation

Although it is not manufactured to a very high standard the Behringer Graphic EQ is worth every penny. Amazing frequency separation, clean, clear sound and easy to set-up and use. It is very light in weight and I was doubtful at first if there was actually anything inside. I was wrong. I was immediately impressed once it was switched on.

  • Great unit though very light and prone to move about

I’m using this to tame the low-end in my Mackie studio monitors and it’s perfect for this. It does the job without adversely affecting the sound, which is all you ask of an eq. On the negative side, l would have preferred it to have XLR connectors, as the jack contacts seem to tarnish easily and occasionally you have to turn the plugs in the sockets to restore contact. An odd fault and not one l’ve encountered before in a relatively new item of gear. Oh, and the plastic casing makes the unit very light, so it tends to slip around on my table. Otherwise an excellent unit and well worth the asking price.

  • Good useful graphic equalizer, but unreliable

The graphic equalizer gives a good range of control over the sound at a very reasonable price. (alternatives seem to be much more expensive) There is a bypass switch, which is very useful. However, it is not very reliable. One channel disconnected intermittently, but it could be restored by switching on and off. As other correspondents have reported the same fault, there must be poor quality control in manufacture, which is probably why the price is low.

Great for my surround sound a v receiver without subwoofer feature. Improved the bass without adding boom, vocal and treble Humdinger of a product by behringer .

  • Buy one now you wont regret it.

Totaly amazing, dont be put off by the plasticy exterior, because the bit that matters is perfect. The seperation between frequencys is perfect. Good for stage, studio, home hi fi use. and simple to use.

  • THE Equalizer To Have In Small Spaces

First, this is the second one I now own, so my comments are a reflection of years of ownership, and not the week I've had this second unit. Now the details. Like any good quality equalizer, you can monitor your sound, track your output graphically, cut out low frequency rumble, choose the degree of dB add / cut, etc. . And plenty of the larger equalizers don't have all of those features. What's impressive and most useful to me about all these features is that they're crammed into such a little box. Mine are hooked up to my two i7 computers, and having these twin desktops in a one bedroom home office presents some space challenges that only Behringer has managed to solve. My music of choice, whether for a working background or relaxation, is smoothe jazz; and while my speakers are of good quality, there's nothing that improves sound more than a custom sine wave to bring out just the instruments you want. The Behringer may not have twenty frequency channels to select from, but I can still heighten that mellow guitar and diminish that over-reaching sax. That's what a good equalizer should do, and the Behringer does it very well indeed.

  • Compensates for hearing loss above 2kHz

Very easy to use. I play my TV sound through it into my hifi system to compensate for hearing loss above 2kHz.

  • Age related hearing loss

Placed it between TV and Bose companion speakers and it worked a treat😁 I was having problems hearing voices on Amazon Prime and mumbling BBC dramas, (unlike Netflix), and with little adjustments voices became clear. Also had the effect of bringing out the bass in the Bose speakers, who knew those little speakers could produce so much!! I might even start listening to Acid House again lol
