Cooking for one ... buy this jacket potato baker.
This solves the problem of the jacket potato started in the microwave and finished in the oven to make it both brown and fluffy. This baked potato maker does it all in the microwave and turns out near perfect jacket potatoes. I say near perfect because the best jacket potatoes are still cooked entirely and slowly in the oven. Glad I bought too(2) with Mico egg poacher.
This item ideal & I’m pretty sure it will pay for itself. It’s a damn sight quicker over just an oven & if you’ve an air fryer crisping up the jacket would work as I do returning the jacket potatoes to oven after a spray of oil shaking over with & white pepper.
