Splat the Rat
Difficult to give a review of this item as I have had to place the bait on top of a pipe in my sewer outlet. So far I've used 4 pkts over two weeks. I had a rat problem last year and noticed the professional rat man was using Roban and the rats certainly disappeared for a while. I also use a ultrasonic plug-in which may also help to keep me rat free. They seem to be getting into my wall cavity which suggests there is a broken sewer pipe under the house, which would cost £00000s to repair. I also live near a farm. I CAN'T SEE IT WORKING
Buyers' were informed before they bought it that the product was past it's use by date but should be effective. I have purchased two lots of this since just before Christmas. To date it has all been eaten by the Rodents' that it supposed to kill. I have seen all the bait eaten but, I have seen no reduction in the Rodents' in my garden and shed. On reading about the product you are informed that it can take over thirty days' to be effective. There is one Rodent battle scarred that I personally watched eat a full tray of bait out of the first batch purchased, that rodent can be seen daily with it's battle scar climbing my garden structure pinching bird bread a full lot of 75 pieces' of bait have now been eaten from the second batch purchased. Rats
