1st Tig Welder and its awesome
Some things you just have to go with American made. I looked at the Imports for a long time before going with this one. I purchased a Lincoln Mig 175 15 years ago and it was flooded in Hurricane Katrina. Lincoln repaired the circuit board for nothing and the welder is still going today. Given the quality of this machine - I'm sure it will last just as long. You know its built well just by looking at the connections. Everywhere it counts - Its metal and not plastic. The Flex-head that comes standard is a real bonus, and the Amp-control - foot pedal is awesome. I purchased the refurbished unit to save a few hundred, but it still has the same warrantee and I know Lincoln will stand behind it and then some. So far I have about 6 hours weld time doing both tig and stick and have had "ZERO" issues. One more thing - the dual voltage is a really nice feature and it comes with the plug for each 110, and 220. Great job Lincoln, and a great value!
