Good mouth guard
I have tried other mouth guards, but as I have a strong gag reflex, haven't found anything that I could tolerate, as most are too big and I can't trim them sufficiently to be able to tolerate them. I followed the moulding instructions implicitly, and have managed to mould a mouth guard that fits and prevents tooth grinding at night, but which doesn't trigger my gag reflex. I am very pleased with this item and also that they supplied four in the pack and also a plastic case to keep it in during the day when not in use. Not a straightforward solution, for me.
This product is of good quality and potentially good value. However, the sizes provided were not ideal for me. The small size was almost right, except for the key fact that it did not extend to my back teeth. The large size will need extreme trimming with a pair of scissors to become wearable. The sizes provided seem more suited to a child or an adult male. I am an adult female and on this scale would need a medium size, which does not appear to be on offer. Does the job
As a night jaw clencher I was advised by my dentist to get a night guard at £80 I thought I would give this a try at a fraction of the cost. It is easy to heat up, it took a couple of attempts to get it moulded right . I just wish it was a bit thinner. And they did a medium to save cutting down the bigger one. Tricky but rewarding in the end
I was surprised that I was able to make the guards. I found it quite tricky and had to put them in very hot water. It took me four goes to make them fit but I have been pleased with the result. As they are transparent they are easy to lose for me anyway. I've used both the large and the small size. It would be a good idea to have a meduim size. I don't think I have a small mouth. The smaller ones tend to fall out easily on me. The large ones worked better but I did need to trim small pieces off. Money well spent
I've been bruxing a lot recently after years of not doing so. I bought this product to mitigate the damage caused by bruxing and also to have a better night's sleep. I've been using it for about a week and it's made a huge difference. The guard is easy to mould. As long as you follow the instructions, you can't get it wrong. I find it really comfortable to wear, and it doesn't disturb or prevent me from going to sleep, although I appreciate this is down to personal preference. Great mouth guards, great fit.
Great product, easy to mould to your mouth if you follow the instructions carefully. They last a long time, These guards helped me through a period of stress where I was grinding my teeth whilst asleep. I would recommend using these if you grind your teeth. Does the job at a good price
I lost my new personalised mouthguard from the dentist and looked at cheaper alternatives. This one has a soft texture. A bit fiddly to personalise but can be redone over and over. Amazing

Good sleep
