In other words, fun. Most definitely not the best of the franchise, but fun, nonetheless.
Taxi 4 came out in 2007. Eleven years later, we have this sort of legacy sequel. While I'm wary of years-apart releases (who asked for Kung-fu Panda 4?), curiosity got the best of me. While the main cast is new, it still shares the same vibes of the previous four movies (as well as reference them, complete with familiar faces), which is over-the-top cartoony and politically incorrect. In other words, fun. Most definitely not the best of the franchise, but fun, nonetheless. The reason as to why I bought this Thailand-market example is that it's both Region A and has English subtitles. Other than that, it's a simple Blu-Ray release, and perhaps the only movie in the franchise to receive such a release in the format (that I know of. I didn't find any for sale. Or a box set).
