NO WEAPONS TRAINING-- just empty hands-- not that much either.
I wanted a book on Korean Dan-Gum. There was NONE. Poor book. I trained for 3 years in South Korea. This had some OKAY empty hand training.
BIG disappointment.
The author did seemed knowledgeable about empty hand Korean arts. Ex military guy too.
