Some really nice recipes In the book and I like how Alice has started off the book by writing about clean eating and also about what's in certain foods. Has got some lovely recipes in the book and also tells you what your getting from eating each meal. E.g. Fibre, full of protein etc anyone interested in clean eating or just starting like myself I really recommend this book.
