It explains how it blocks the bodies system of producing the signals both in the mind and physiologically in a way no other chemical does. It is worth reading if not just to understand in lay man's terms about sugar to make an informed choice. I Cannot it recommend enough. It works, I gave up processed sugar the day I read it.
