Lacks Sophistication
The picture is good, but the sound quality is poor. The android features that are supplied with it are the worst part of the TV. They were impossible to function at all until I attached a mouse and keyboard and even then, I was unable to load simple apps like VLC. Despite the User Guide stating that MP4 and MKV would play, I was unable to get the TV to recognise them. The Mute button works on a continuous on/off switch and flicks between the two, many times per second. It is very difficult to mute/unmute. This is a design fault. The TLC model is not recognised by Sky HD remote control devices, hence you can only use the TV remote to mute. I switched to Sky Q since buying the TV and luckily this model is recognised by the remote control. I would not have bought the TV, had I known this information previously.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
