Sturdy product and you'll need to set aside a good hour, a bowl of hot water (to soak the sleeves), some lubricant (e.g. washing up liquid) to smear on the wheel and inside the sleeves, have a vice or a friend/partner on hand to hold down each wheel firmly and, unless you've recently won a Strongman (or - woman) award, I'd suggest you do a work-out to build upper body strength! These sleeves will need some persuading. Ignore the manufacturer's instruction to use their clips - you'll never stretch the sleeves far enough to fit them - but instead, once the sleeves are finally on, use black cable ties to hold them in place (I used 7 ties of 200mm x 4.5mm on each wheel and clipped off the excess to tidy up the look). My wheels are 10.5 inches diameter and the 12" sleeves are a tight fit once on. Notwithstanding, during usage the sleeves slide their way across the wheel exposing almost a centimeter of rim but the ties so far have kept everything intact.
