i had one of the previous models for 6 years and loved it. needed a replacement so i got this. it is more cheaply made, thinner, snap in the front for closure instead of the magnet closure before, overall smaller, and the massage part seems to be just the neck and shoulders, not the back. very disappointed!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Nice heat and massage
I like that it's full back, almost. It doesn't quite come down as far as the picture shows, though. The "shoulders" sit a slight bit above your shoulders, so you don't feel the heat as much as I'd like. I like the different massage choices, and it gets plenty warm on low. Not bad for the money, but could be better
I like the heating element, but I didn't care much for the massaging part, which is what I cared about most. It's only in one spot and basically, it's just a vibration of slow/fast or a pulsing vibration of slow/fast. There is no kneading or rolling. Could be warmer
