Used once, started to smoke, then a cloud of acrid smoke!
I bought this to remove a D lock that has been attached to a pipe outside my flat for about 25 years! Started to slice through it with ease and cut one of the U bars very easily. The grinder wasn't on very long at all. Then I started on the other bar and noticed a little bit of smoke. Then the machine went slower and then large amounts of acrid smoke appeared and the grinder got hot. I didn't want to electrocute myself so I stopped and cut through the remainder with a hack saw taking about 30 mins! Clearly there is something wrong with these machines as there are many other people who have had a similar experience as me!
