I suffer from a chronic illness which includes chronic fatigue as one of the symptoms and last year, if I'm honest , I was practically inhaling chocolate bars as I would get the most horrific low energy slumps during and after my work hours, crave a very glucosey chocolate bar, eat it in two bites and then repeat that cycle the next day, sometimes two or three times a day. Decent dose of chromium
