May be hard to find...keep looking!
There are MANY 1-In -> 2-Out video splitters to choose from, but none better than these folks. I've gone through many different splitters over the past 7 years, and the ONLY one that continues to work day in & day out is this one. Others will work for approximately 12 months, then just quit passing ANY signal through for no reason. Solid well bulit device that works!
Quality appearance on item and packaging. I run two TVs off my Comcast box and do not need to power up the amplifier as the HDMI cords are short (Power cord included but you will need a USB power source).
